The Clean Energy Council recommends a professional inspection every two years at minimum. For systems that include a battery, six-monthly checks are a smart move because the additional hardware adds points where things can quietly underperform.

Our six-monthly maintenance plan covers a full performance audit, hardware inspection and a tidy-up of anything that needs attention, so you don’t end up discovering a problem on next year’s electricity bill.

We check actual generation against expected output for the time of year, inspect the inverter for fault codes and performance issues, check the physical condition of panels, cabling and isolators, and (if you have a battery) review battery health, depth of discharge and any signs of degradation.

If anything is underperforming we’ll tell you exactly what’s wrong and what it would take to fix. No surprise quotes, no upselling.

Yes. Inverter errors are one of the most common solar issues we get called out for. Some are quick resets, some indicate a real problem with the inverter, panels or wiring. We’ll diagnose it on-site, tell you what’s actually happening, and either fix it on the spot or quote the repair clearly before we proceed.

Yes. Plenty of our maintenance work is on systems we didn’t put up. We assess what’s there, tell you what condition it’s in honestly, and work with you on whether it’s worth fixing, upgrading, or starting fresh. No judgement about the original installer.

A scheduled on-site visit twice a year, a full performance audit against expected output, hardware inspection (panels, isolators, cabling, inverter, battery), error-code clearance, monitoring system review, and a written report after each visit so you’ve got a paper trail of how the system is tracking.

Anything that needs repair is quoted clearly. Routine cleaning and minor fixes are covered as part of the plan.
